Hi TYHINC, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, this unit doesn't support an app for an iPhone or any smartphone to control the receiver. However, once your iPhone is connected to the receiver via Bluetooth then you should be able to control the music playback. Hope this helps! -Sam
