Hello, I have a problem: when the paired BT device is on the receiver goes into BT mode after aprox 10 sec, doesn’t matter which imput is selected. Just can’t listen to other devices until BT is off. Is there a solution, or this is a fault?

When you push another input on the remote it should disable the BT automatically. Otherwise turn off the BT from inside your phone

The actual range will vary depending on factors such as obstacles between devices, magnetic
fields around a microwave oven, static electricity, cordless phone, reception sensitivity, antenna’s performance. Try a different phone and test it again. If that doesn't work, power reset the AV Receiver and try again.
