I think blue ray has to do with DVD's. Bluetooth has to do with syncing with your WI-FI

Bluetooth is a feature that allows you to connect a mobile device wirelessly to play music and a Bluray is a type of player that allows you to play Bluray disc to watch movies with. The Sony STRDH190 receiver already has a built-in Bluetooth feature to connect with your mobile phone, while you will need a separate Bluray player to connect with this receiver so you can watch movies.
