Hi Joebltzflyk,

Thank you for the inquiry! We're sorry to hear that. Power reset the AV receiver, simply unplug the unit and wait 1-2 minutes then plug the device back in and power on. If the situation does not improve, factory reset the unit and try again. Check this link and see page 32 for details.
