The answer is yes. However the question was very general, so was the answer so let me rephrase - I do not have an xm radio, but if any radio has jacks to output sound to speakers, headphones, or similar you can use one of the several input methods in this system. Of course, it may take the right cord to do so, which means you will need to look at the pix out output jacks and see if your unit has any that that will match the stereo unit or is there a cord that will make the match for. If you look at the right place I am sure you could find a set of cords. Of course, if the radio has no external connections then the answer is a flat NO!
