Hi Bill, Thank you for your inquiry. The AMP MENU button allows you to display the menu on the display panel to operate the receiver. There is no option inside the AMP MENU to adjust the loudness. But, there is a dedicated volume adjustment buttons on the remote control. There is also a treble and bass button on the remote to adjust the tonal balance of the speakers. Hope this helps! -Sam
