“I have a pair of 4ohm speakers that I want to hook up to my subwoofer then hook it up to the receiver . Will this be a problem?”

From the Manufactures info, ether 6 or 8 ohms.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there, Thanks for your inquiry! We are not certain if you can connect a pair of your 4 ohm speakers to your subwoofer. But, you can connect a compatible active subwoofer to this receiver. For compatible subwoofer, check the subwoofer to determine if it has IN and OUT speaker wire connections. If so, connect the left and right speaker wires from the stereo receiver into the left and right speaker IN on the subwoofer. Then, connect speaker wire from the left and right speaker OUT on the subwoofer to the left and right main speakers. If the subwoofer does not have IN and OUT speaker wire connections, then it will not be compatible with the stereo receiver. I would also suggest connecting the speakers directly to the speaker terminals of this receiver. Please note: Connect speakers with impedances of 6 to 16 ohms. Hope this helps! -Sam
