“Hi, I have two 6 ohm Sony speakers connected to the front and two 8 ohm Sony speakers connected to the rear. Is this OK for playing both A + B, and if so which amp setting is suggested, 8 or 6 ohms. Currently I have selected 8 ohms.”

Hi Jamie, Good question! Yes, it will work as long as the speakers connected fall within the impedance range of 6-16 ohms. When you connect all the speakers with a nominal impedance of 8 ohms or higher, set the speaker impedance or “SP IMP.” to “8 OHM”. In other connections, set it to “6 OHM”. Hope this helps!
