How do I get the same sound from every speaker (FL, FR, Center, RL, RR)? I would like to hear dialog from every speaker rather than just the Center or FL/FR. I have tried the "Multi Ch. Stereo/MULTI ST. setting and it doesn't work. null

If you're playing DVD/Blu-ray's, unfortunately, there are no mono settings. Each channel is recorded separately, and the mixer can only decipher those channels individually. The multi-stereo settings will only mix the channels to the two front speakers (very similar to how old analogue stereos used to be), and usually drops the rear channels and sometimes even Sub-woofer channel altogether.
