Hi there, Thank you so much for your inquiry. If your Bose speakers supports a standard speaker wire connection and has a nominal impedance of 6 ohms to 16 ohms, yes, you can. We also recommend using speaker wires that are anywhere between 12 to 16 gauge. These are most commonly used for connecting speakers to an amplifier or an Audio/Video (A/V) receiver Experience the bigger, clearer picture when you upgrade your home cinema setup with the STR-DH590. Just check to see if the speaker ohm rating is compatible so you don't burn out a channel in the amp. 6-16 ohms is what is recommended. I paired mine with 2 Sony towers, a Sony center, Klipsch surround speakers, and a Klipsch powered subwoofer and it sounds amazing. Just make sure to go into the amp main menu to adjust all your setting correctly. Treble, base, sound mode, and individual speaker decibel levels all need to be fine tuned to get the best experience. It's a pretty good amp especially for the price. My Dad was impressed enough that he bought it for himself also.
