Will this unit play 5.1 from a Bluetooth device? null

yes this will play 5.1 through Bluetooth, as long as the device your streaming from can transmit the 5.1, otherwise you will need to use the digital processor built into the receiver to convert to 5.1

Jim, bluetooth is limited to 2 channel (Stereo) only.
