A:AnswerProbably not... I have experience with PAL format and I had to get a Video with that format converted professionally.. You can try and if it doesn’t play you will need to have it done. Hope that helps..

A:AnswerNot sure about that but if you have the extended warranty you get one free replacement remote. Just call Geek Squad parts, if not, I just bought a new one on Ebay for 6.50. I did just a week ago.
