“Is a preamp needed to connect this to a receiver? I have the turntable set to line and connected to Sony STRDH130 receiver and still no sound!”

• Should not need preamplifier if turntable switch is set properly. Will need amplifier though.

• Preamp is built in to this unit. If your receiver has a phono input switch from line to phono on the turntable
