• Yes as long as your tv is capable of Bluetooth with headphones (some only have keyboard)

• Yes they work with most of the new generation TVs with bluetooth.

• Hi, Linus! If your TV has Bluetooth and it supports the A2DP and AVRCP Bluetooth profile, then you should be able to connect the headphones. -Sam
