I connected mine to windows 10 on the first try. That said, while the audio quality wasn't terrible terrible, it was noticably worse while connected to windows. I would say the quality reminded me of old Bluetooth headsets from 10 years ago...really hollow and quiet. I also connected these to my Mac without problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had an issue with it not pairing well with certain bluetooth chipsets. Mine only recognized in a low-quality hands-free mode (not stereo) on my desktop and Surface Book 2, so I returned it. Recently Sony put out a firmware fix (1.3.0 I think) that supposed to solve some of these issues. I may pick up again if it does, but it is sold out so will wait anyways to see feedback.
