Can they connect via bluetooth to a Samsung UHD TV? null

yes but....not great at distance. Cuts out too much for me. 9ft from TV.

Yes you can connect any BluTooth Head phones to a samsung tv that offers audio out through blutooth the kicker is you will be isolated the available distance of the headphones you use. The better the head phones the farther the distance you will be able to get

If the TV transmits a Bluetooth signal, any Bluetooth headphones, including the Sonys, will work. It's only a question of your TV's capabilities. If your TV doesn't offer the option (most don't) you could consider buying a Bluetooth transmitter that would plug into the audio out on the TV.
