• Maybe not. But by silencing the voices outside, you can spend time with the voices inside and find other ways to make them quiet.

• For sleeping, yes. The VERY best headphones for sleeping were the iphone earbud the original. THe long stem made them stay in place all night. I used them ONLY for that. Now I use these. Love them.
