• The question was about overall initial availability - not availability at any particular store. They were supposed to be available nationwide already so my best guess is that there was a pretty high volume of pre orders that is leading to a reduction in brick and mortar inventory at release. Taking the time to criticize the question, as the first answer did - is mean spirited and off-putting. Be nicer.

• My store had them (the black ones), but now they're out of stock and if I place an order now it will take a few days to get them. It makes no sense for you to ask the question as it will depend on your particular store. So use the product webpage to check availability for your selected store.
