Yes, AND your phone at the same time and dang near seamlessly switch between the two. Now they aren't the Microsoft Certified switching like another primarily office headphone manufacturer but I use the multipoint on these constantly. Honestly I never liked the microsoft cert on my Jabras, I returned them for the normal ones. That was back in the day though.

Yes you can use it for zoom or anything your plug in headphones do on your laptop (assuming you have blu-tooth). I actually use it to game with on my laptop when I am travelling. Mic works and surround sounds work well (not as good as my gaming headset, but it works in a pinch).
