• A:Answer I have been successful in using these earbuds on my iPhone x. I have downloaded the sony Headphone app on both my iPhone x and on my iPad Pro. I have not been able to utilize the earbuds on my iPad. Using the Headphone app I have not been successful in connecting to the earbuds. Within Headphones, there is an Information page which indicates that the WF-SP700N is supported with a software update that is to be released soon. Good Luck to us all!
