TLDR = YES

I use multipoint between an iPhone 12, maybe a 13. It is a work phone and a ZFold5 when I am mobile. At home I connect my laptop and my primary Phone and switch between the two seamlessly. Seamless may have come from practice though so mileage may vary a bit there but the answer to your question is, Yes.

Yes and No!

These allow for pairing audio to multiple devices, but it does not allow for pairing the Mic the same way.  You will hear alerts from either, but will not have a Mic on one.
