Yes! All you have to do is go into the companion app and change the multi-purpose button from google assistant (or noise canceling) to Alexa.

The way it works is that you need to connect a compatible smartphone (installed with Android 5.0 or later, or iOS 9.0 or later.).After connecting, you just need to press the NC button on the headphones and that will activate Alexa.
