My suggestion would be to first check the cable you are using to ensure it is not faulty as well as the port you you're re plugging it into. If they are working normally with other devices you may need to call customer service and have Sony repair them for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Charge, We regret to hear that the headphones are no longer charging. To help resolve the issue, check the following: 1. The supplied USB cable is used for the connection. 2. The cable connection is secure. 3. Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet. 4. When charging the headset through a USB port on a computer, try the following as well: - Make sure that the computer is turned on. - If the computer is equipped with multiple USB ports, use another port. - Connect the headset directly to the computer without using a USB hub. - If the computer is in Standby (Sleep) or Hibernate mode, place it back to normal mode. - If the computer is running on Windows 8.1, use Windows Update to update the operating system. Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue.
