will this work with a Samsung tv. null

My experience says NO. I have three late model, high-end Samsung TVs. None work adequately. The interface seems to bog down the sound processing and after about two minutes, the audio is between .4 and .5 seconds late. It is maddening. Sony support is yet to address the issue. Tier 3 simply told me they do not work together. Otherwise, such a great headset.
