Yes, you have to turn your headphones off first and hold the power button for 15 seconds to enter pairing mode, once it’s trying to pair, go to ur TV settings and search for Bluetooth and pair the “WH-1000XM4” and you should be Good

You need to check the specifications of your smart TV if it supports the said profile.
