A:AnswerI don't think so - about the mute button, but when I am watching Youtube videos on my CPU and I quickly tap the power button it will pause the video. Tap it again and it restarts. I am not suire if this feature would pause and restart other media. Yes, works fine with a laptop. I use them with my desktop, but have also paired them with my laptop, phone, Ipad, etc.
A:AnswerI had the same issue. Sony said to try different USB connectors to get the yellow light on which signifies that it is charging. Also charge the headset before it gets to zero charge. Maybe a little remaining juice rather than a dead headset facilitates charging.
