• Yes, it does and they work perfectly. I use the headphones often with my kindle fire, for listening/watching tv and enjoying the audible part for the books. Love it.

• They act like standard headphones (and earbuds) when plugged into a tablet or cellphone or MP3 player so as long as the device has an earphone plug they should work. They have their own power (built-in rechargeable battery) so no power is pulled from the device to speak of.
