If you mean when you put a Bluetooth transmitter in the earphone jack in the back of the tv, if then the sound will ONLY make noise via the jack and be transmitted to Bluetooth headphones. Yes. Same situation plugging a heaphone jack line into the tv for a speakerbar. Airfly or cheaper transmitters are available on BestBuy. Just got mine with HORRIBLE Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones, keeping the transmitter. Heads go back in morning. Even some of my brand new 75 tvs do not have the option on screen to change sounds, but when I put in that headphone jack it only sends noise out that hole to whatever is plugged in. Helped some I hope.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That I can,t tell you I use Bluetooth but it has a cord that you could connect to the back of your tv and you could buy an extension at Best Buy if it's not long enough.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Bigdew, We don't recommend using a Bluetooth dongle for your headphones. Regards, David
