A:AnswerIf your tv has a headphone out jack yes. Either use the cord and plug it into the output on the tv or get a bluetooth adapter so you can use wirelessly with your tv.
A:AnswerI would not see why not I use them out side with no heat in the ice cold and on hot summers running tractors and heavy equipment and I can hear just what I need to hear in order to not break everything. I may be able to hear a little of the motor and such but not too much.
