Hi Aqua, Thanks for your inquiry. In general, unfortunately, no. You cannot use these headphones with a landline telephone. If you're using a cordless landline phone, you'll be limited to using 2.5mm or 3.5mm wired headsets based on your cordless phone model. Unless your cordless phone has Bluetooth built in, you should be able to use a Bluetooth headset. Please refer to the landline telephone manufacturer for compatibility. Thanks. -Jess
