I picked up these headphones 3 months ago, but only now I have discovered that the mic does NOT work in wired mode using the provided cable. Is it possible to use the microphone in wired mode? If so, how? Do I need a new cable that supports this feature? null

Thank you for your inquiry! We highly recommend using only the headphone cable that comes with the unit. Unfortunately, we can only talk using the microphone of the phone when the headphones are connected to your phone via the supplied headphone cable. Also, when using the headphone cable, the Bluetooth function cannot be used.
