A:AnswerThe only way you can connect this headphone set is by using the audio jack wire included in the box or with the red and white RCA connectors. I used the RCA connectors on the back of our cable box.
A:AnswerMy batteries have never run out. I only use the headphones for watching TV at night. But I have left them on all night and the headphones were still usable in the morning.

A:AnswerNot here, it's been crystal clear for the 2 months I've been using them. Maybe your docking station is too close to another large electronic device? I've had the problem when my playstation and xbox were to close... using wireless headphones.
A:AnswerI just had this problem last week. I had to buy a Digital Optical Coax to Analog RCA Audio Converter Adapter with Fiber Cable ...got it from Amazon for $14. It took me 5 minutes to hook up using the Optical Output on my TV.
A:AnswerNo you can not hear when the tv is off. Once you turn off the tv, there is no longer any sound coming through the headphones. These are great headphones, the first pair I owned did not have a rechargeable battery system. They lasted about 3 years. They have now fixed that problem and made the batteries rechargeable. I have had another pair and they were terrible and actually cost more than the pair you are asking about. I would recommend this product and give it a 10 out of 10! Hope this information helps you make a wise choice.
A:AnswerI don’t know…I’m having the same issue! When I plug the red & white plug into my cable box, I can hear local channels via Xfinity, however, when I remove them And plug into my TV…I hear nothing!
