“i have android phone (galaxy s9+) to which that headset connects normally, and my working lenovo laptop with win10 onboard. The headset connects to the laptop, but not playing sounds if it is also connected to my smartphone. Is there a way to fix that?”

Go to setting, tap connections, tap bluetooth and tap advanced in top right corner and tap dual audio to have sound on to different bluetooth devices.
