Will these work with my new Samsung UN40F6300 TV? null

It looks like your TV should have 1 "Audio Out Mini Jack", likely on the side. This should support most headphones that have a connector jack that is that same size. The Sony wireless headphones show as having a "3.5mm (1/8") stereo mini plug". I would assume these will be compatible.

It would be best to contact the manufacturer of your Television for compatibility. The headphones can be connected using a Analog Phono Input (left/right), Analog Stereo Input mini jack (x1).
