• Yes you can. According to the sony website, there are a few compatible models with the base transmitter. MDR-RF985R MDR-RF970R MDR-RF925R https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/37430/c/65,66/p/40940,41870,70266/ Unfortunately, it does not appear that best buy offers any. I'm sure you can find options that work with a cursory google search.
