If it has happened to two different pair then I would consider looking somewhere else. The problem may be what you are plugging in to...or you may not have the wire plugged in far enough. Also make sure what you have it plugged in to is set on stereo and not mono in your menu settings. Are you using a different wire on the second pair? If not then try a new wire. Try plugging it into a different source...something that you know plays in stereo. Also this unit can be plugged in two different ways with the same wire that it came with...try plugging in the headphone jack to the source and the right and left RCA's into the transmitter...if that doesn't work, plug the right and left RCA's into the source and the headphone jack into the transmitter. One of these things has to give you conclusive results
