Yes and no. Technically yes, as long as the device has an audio jack you can plug it into the base and use the wireless headsets up to the recommended range. That being said, I'm not sure why you would want to. Most iPods/phones have bluetooth capabilities which would offer better sound through bluetooth headsets. Even with an older device, there are bluetooth adapters that will allow more flexibility and movement than this unit. That being said, the charging base is convenient and you don't have unnecessary cords laying about. If you don't mind your phone or iPod staying put in one place while you move about, then these would certainly work.
