Does it work on other phones?/ does sony MDR-X05 headphones work on Xperia ARC S phone, or they are only for Ipad, Ipod, Iphone?

Yes it will work with your Xperia ARC S phone, however the in line remote function only works with compatible Apple devices. For a list of the compatible Apple devices please see link below:

the headphones will work on every device that has audio output (headphone jack) . Are you talking about a in line remote because this one does not have one the mdr-x10 does. i use the x05 headphones on my ipod, tv, laptop, gaming chair, and my mp3

Yes, they work with any phone just like all headphones would. The only diff is you may not be able to use the cable. That comes with the volume control as I think this one is specific to iPhone.

Don't know about that phone but works for my galaxy s4 just can't use the mic or volume control for phone calls. They are just basic 3.5m aux plug headphones if you don't have an iphone
