“When connected to play music, it will stop the music to load (loading circle by my wifi symbol, iPhone) and continue to stop and start music. I know it's not my wifi connection because when Bluetooth is off, my phone runs at normal speed. What is wrong?”

I do not think that the speaker is the problem. As I understand things, the speaker does not load anything, it merely plays the input that it is receiving. Moreover, if you are seeing your WiFi icon loading....the speaker is using the Bluetooth signal only, not WiFi. I hope that helps.
