Is there a certain way to insert these? When I'm on the phone everyone says they can barely hear me null

I noticed the same thing but when I used both earbuds at the same time it's seem to work better. I don't know where the actual receiver is on the device; if it's on both ear buds or on just the right or left one.

Be sure you are switching to your Bluetooth setting when you are using your phone or device. This will switch to your ear buds internal microphone rather than your phone or device
