• You should be able to. The smart tv should have Bluetooth in the settings. Or hook it from USB to the tv.

• Hi there! Yes, if your TV is capable of connecting to Bluetooth speakers. You also have the option to output the sound by connecting an RCA (L/R) cable to the input jack of this audio system. -Jerome
