“Echo heard while on phone call When I make a phone call, the receiver hears an echo. I don't hear any echo. Tried testing with ios and android phones. Tried resetting the headphones. Issue still exists. Has anyone experienced this issue?”

You can answer phone calls while using these headphones. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. :) I use the headphones to answer emergency short calls only. If it's a longer call I then switch from headsets to using the phone. Also... it sounds silly, but the microphone is on the ear cup. When you take a call if you cup your hand in front of your mouth to direct the sound towards the ear cup it dramatically improves the sound quality for the listener.
