These are extremely loud, if you max out the volume on your PC and on the Sony Headphones as well. However I would not recommend doing that because of the likelihood for ear damage.

They are very loud. They are so loud that if you are listening to dubstep or edm music you don't need noise cancellation. Most of the time I don't hear the noise outside.

To be honest if you want to go deaf them get these...it uses your phones volume as well as the Sony headphone volume and an extra bass button

These are very loud headphones. great bass and the volume doesnt leak when you turn it up all the way. They seem to run very big, so when i was working out with them they would always fall off which was very annoying. If youre not looking to do any physical activity with them i would suggest these headphones

Very loud. The headphones will beep a mute the audio for a second when you hit the top lvl. The 40mm drivers really perform.

Yes they are . I belive that if they were any louder or were not as clear . You could retain damage to your Ear Drum . LOL
