Any Bluetooth adapter for your PC will work with these particular Sony headphones. For example, I have a Dell XPS laptop from 2013 and my computer works perfectly with the headphones. I even am using a Bluetooth mouse at the same time. Therefore, if my old laptop's internal Bluetooth adapter works with the headphones, I am positive a new Bluetooth adapter purchased for your PC will work fine with these headphones. I have attached a picture of the Bluetooth Adapter I would go with.

Any 3.0 or higher Bluetooth adapater should work with these headphones, but if it's not an aptX bluetooth adapter, you will notice a significant amount of delay between visuals and sound if you try watching videos. Some programs will allow you to adjust for such delays, but it's annoying to do so every time you want to watch something. You'll also want to use the adapter with only the headphones to reduce interference.

I have an old plantronics bluetooth adapter and a newer logitec adapter that I use with my wireless mouse and both have worked with my Sony headphones. I don't know which adapter is recommended but I haven't had any adapter or built in bluetooth fail so far.

There's a cord you can use to plug into your PC or other devices when you don't have/want to use the Bluetooth features.
