QuestionDo I use the USBC to charge my camera or do I need to charge the battery input separately? Does Sony not come with anything to charge the battery?

The USB-C cable that is provided in the box is the charging cable for the camera's battery. You can charge the battery by placing it inside the camera and plugging the cable to the camera. - Answer Absolutely. My movo shotgun mic plugs and mounts right up. Also, one of the small features that i enjoy, my lav mic bt reciever clip fits in the cold shoe slot.

- Answer I haven’t tried to transfer videos wirelessly but I have used a usb to transfer to my laptop and also to my iPhone. For the iPhone I used one of those lightning cable adapters.

- Answer Yes, it can provide clean HDMI output and that's the best way to get high quality video signal out from it in real time. It can also provide clean video via USB 720p directly without HDMI (but 720p is limiting).
