Need help with extending the lens null

The lens is fixed and doesnt extend.

Hi Lens, Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. Thank you for your feedback on our ZV1F camera. When you turn on the camera the lens will automatically be extended, if it did not extend you can perform power reset, by turning off the camera, remove the battery then wait for 10 seconds put the battery back in and turn the camera back on, if lens is still not extending automatically your camera needed service.
