Can I use these headphones on a 8 plus iphone null

As long as there is a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. I believe Apple iPhone 8 (and 8 Plus) were last models with headphone jack.

If you have the dongle then yes, you should be able to use it.

My daughter has an iPhone 8 plus, and uses an adapter in order to plug in her headphones.
