• Most any modern computer should have a headphone out jack and this works just fine with that connection.

• They have a 3.5mm jack that plugs into the set of speakers you are using or if no speakers there should be a small green port on the back of a desktop or front headphone port on front. On a laptop, the port could be on almost any side but will have the headphone symbol with it.

• Yes they do. But if you are trying to use them with conference calling... DONT! It does not work. But just plug in the aux cable that comes with it. The USB is strictly for charging.
