Yeah they will work with your tv via a cable or satellite box You will have to use a splitter (female 3.5mm to Leftright A/V connecter! This should work

If your TV has a 3.5mm audio jack (the tiny jack/port you see on most devices like phones, computers, etc) - yes it will. These aren’t wireless and the cable’s not super long (6ft-ish), so you’ll be sitting pretty close if you do. Adapters are available for RCA jacks, etc if you really want to use these and your TV doesn’t have and 3.5mm.
