Can these be used with an iPhone and Samsung tablet? null

This headphone comes with standard 3.5mm plug. It works fine on my iPad which has the audio port for the headphone. iPhones doesn't have this pin anymore. I guess if you have the 3.5mm to lightining converter, it should work (since iPad works). For Samsung as well, as long as it has the 3.5mm audio port, I dont see a reason why it shouldnt work. This headphone does NOT have mic though.
